Orders & Delivery
Confirmation of your order will be emailed to you.
Orders can only be delivered to addresses in the UK mainland. For deliveries outside this region, please contact Burlington Contemporary Art.

Delivery charges are on a per order basis which is charged around £10-£20. This includes packing and courier service.

Deliveries are despatched within 5 working days of order. If for any unforeseen reasons there is a delay, we will contact you.

Deliveries are not made during the weekends or Bank Holidays.

Orders taken after 12.00pm on Friday are not despatched until Monday to avoid being in transit over the weekend.

If an item is out of stock we will contact you by email or telephone with the options of waiting until we can supply the original goods, receiving a suitable substitution or cancelling the order.

Deliveries are made by a national courier service that will require a signature for acceptance of the goods – please let us know of alternative arrangements if you are unable to receive the order.

Payments & Taxes
We accept VISA, MasterCard, VISA Electron (UK issued), VISA Delta (UK issued), Maestro (UK Issues) and Solo. All transactions are in pounds Sterling (£).

Refunds on purchases will be made to the purchasers credit/debit card account.

Burlington Contemporary Art keeps no customer credit/debit card details on record.

All prices on this website are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and, where appropriate, are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. Burlington Contemporary Art VAT Number: 733 3863 28

Refunds & Returns
If goods arrive damaged please advise us within three working days by email or telephone to arrange return and refund or replacement of the items.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, please contact us by telephone, letter, fax, or email within seven working days after they were received. We will arrange to exchange, or refund the goods, providing they are returned in perfect condition, and with their original packaging.

Refunds for the return of goods and reimbursement of the cost of postage will be made to the purchasers credit/debit card account within 30 days after notification.

Privacy Policy
The Information we need and how we use it.

When you order, we will require your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, credit/debit card number and card expiry date. Without this information we will not be able to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order.

A contact telephone number is required so that we may contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. We may, unless you advice us otherwise, pass this information to our couriers or other agents in case they need to contact you to arrange the processing or delivery of your order.

When you register with us you will very occasionally be sent notification of special orders, promotions and other correspondence from us via email. If you do not wish to receive mailings from us please send an email and we will remove your email address from our records.

The intellectual property rights in this website are owned and controlled by Kevin Blackham. All material featured and information provided on the website, whether text or images, are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights and are owned by or licensed to Kevin Blackham. You may download, electronically copy or print any of the contents on condition that you are using them for personal and not for commercial purposes. Use for any other purpose is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Kevin Blackham. No right, title or interest in any of the contents of the website will be transferred to you as a result of downloading, electronically copying or printing or attaching to e-mail such material.

Safety and Security of your Information
We follow a tight security procedure as required under UK Data Protection Legislation (the Data Protection Act 1998) to protect the information that we store about you from unauthorised access.

Security of e-mail correspondence
The website also invites you to contact Kevin Blackham via email, through the "Contact Us" pages. Email correspondence is free format text and cannot be encrypted; therefore it is not a secure means of communication. Please do not send sensitive information, such as credit card information, through email.

Internet Security
Although we use advanced security measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and alteration, as is the case with all computer networks linked to the Internet, we cannot absolutely guarantee the security of your information provided over the Internet and cannot be responsible for this.

We never pass on your details to anyone else.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, or consequential loss of whatever nature, including damage to software or hardware, loss of data, damage or loss of business, loss of profits, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the website (including without limitation, any such loss arising out of or in connection with any order placed on the website, whether or not accepted by us). You agree to indemnify us and our agents and officers, directors and employees, immediately on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you. We may terminate your use of the website immediately if we consider that you have breached these Terms and Conditions.

The Kevin Blackham website is controlled and operated in the UK. These Terms and Conditions, and all matters connected with any order you place via our website, are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to all matters connected with, or arising out of, the website or any order you place on the website.

We may change our Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of any of these Terms and Conditions proving to be invalid or un-enforceable the remainder of these terms and conditions will still continue to have full force and effect.
